According to the public relations report, the 56-inch pipeline between Bid Boland and Ahvaz, which is one of the branches of the ninth national gas pipeline, was injected.

Mr. Reza Noshadi, CEO of Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company, expressed his satisfaction that the gas injection of the Bid Boland-Ahvaz pipeline is a gift to the dear people of our country during the week of unity. The stability of the gas network of Khuzestan province and the supply of gas to the petrochemical industry and domestic and industrial subscribers has been implemented and gas injection has been carried out and the gas produced by South Pars will be consumed.

Mr. Mehdi Bazargani, the executor of the ninth national gas transmission pipeline project, also said: "This pipeline with a diameter of 56 inches and a length of 99 km has been implemented with the efforts of committed and specialized forces of Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company and benefiting from domestic consultants and contractors." On its way, it has passed through impassable and mountainous areas located in rain and flood areas and has two cathodic protection stations, a launcher station and a receiver station.

Bazargani added: "This pipeline has faced 14 Casings, one case of crossing the river, 173 cases of crossing the waterway and underground lines."
