Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company has always completed large and national projects successfully and now, with the construction of a 30-inch,3-kilometer long gas pipeline ,under the sea bed, which is done for the first time in the Middle East, it records a unique record in the treasure of honors of the gas industry.
According to the public relations report, Majid Chegani, Deputy Minister of Oil and CEO of the National Iranian Gas Company visited the marine section of the Bandar Abbas-Laft-Gorzin gas pipeline project together with Alireza Shekohian, Deputy CEO of Iran Gas Engineering and Development Company and a group of gas industry managers,said:
By supplying gas to Qeshm Island, the industrial town, Qeshm power plant and existing factories as well as future industries will enjoy the blessing of gas and the possibility of further development will be provided in this beautiful island.
He described the efficient use of modern HDD technology as an up-to-date measure that few countries have the ability to use and added: The beautiful island of Qeshm has so much capacity that it can open a new horizon for us; Because the expansion of gas supply is a sign of economic development, prosperity and more comfort.
