Parsian 1 & 2 refineries were inaugurated on Wednesday, June 3, 2009, through a ceremony attended by minister of petroleum, Gholamhossein Nozari, Mr. Ramezani, managing director of the National Iranian Gas Company, and a group of provincial officials.
The refineries are the biggest gas treatment plants in the country with a total capacity of 80 million cu. m. a day, which have been made operational by the Gas Engineering and Development Company in cooperation with the National Iranian Central Oil Company.
